We recommend grinding the herbs together with your favourite herb, but if you don’t have a grinder available, Spirit of Nature Herbal Spliff Mix is pre-ground and can be easily mixed with your fingers.
Simply add some Spliff Mix to your joint, spliff or vape in the ratio desired and mix with your favourite herb. You can also prepare yourself a warm cup of relaxing tea several times throughout the day to enjoy the natural aroma, taste and relaxing effects. Steep 1 or 2 tablespoons of Blue Mountain High Herbal Mix in 150ml hot water for 15 minutes. Spliff or Vape: 0.5 – 1 gram.
