THIS CORPORATE COACHING PROGRAM FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS OFFERS



Session 1 – Areas of development.

This session is focused on defining what success looks like for the program to follow. Clearly articulating what areas need developing and what priorities must be addressed first & foremost from the 9 segments of development available.



Sessions 2, 3 & 4 – Behaviour alignment.

The most critical stages of the program during which coach and client reflect on the current state of play regarding daily actions compared to desired results. The focus is to continue to create forward momentum & behavior change.

If you doubt whether you need me at the end of the call, that’s ok. No sales pitch, no pressure. Often people have more clarity about what matters most and the next steps they need to take from this conversation. All it costs you is your time until this point.

After uncovering your life story thus far (backstory), I provide information to clearly identify your values or principles, get crystal clear on the areas of life that you value most and should have a constant view on.

Questions to reflect on:

  • Am I living my values

  • Are my values being sacrificed right now?



Session 5 – Check-in

This session will be conducted with the client and the most important internal key stakeholder to highlight & celebrate success and define elements of further development required to achieve goals highlighted in session 1.

Payments can be scheduled over a 3-month timeframe and all major credit cards are accepted with a small surcharge. Any organization that has multiple people join the program at the same time will receive a discounted company rate.



Sessions 6, 7 & 8 – Dig deeper

Continue to tighten focus on remaining areas highlighted during the check-in session in order to form new desired habits and behaviors. Uncover any existing roadblocks of beliefs impacting ability to succeed.

Session 9 – Wrap up

This final session is about defining ongoing keys to success and next steps for progress via the implementation of a 90-day plan. This plan will enable growth to continue long after the program finishes.
