Hi, I’m kanami, my business career spans 25 years and has held numerous sales and marketing roles in industries such as luxury goods and professional sports organizations. I traveled the world, dined in world famous restaurants, met celebrities and sports stars, won a championship in professional sports, lived the good life, got an adrenaline rush, experienced glory, work was often a dream full of incredible moments.
These roles were often leadership focused, prioritizing the development, challenges and objectives of my teams. My knowledge and experience have allowed me to provide strategic leadership to multiple organizations, although my passion has always been to help the people around me achieve what they wanted in their careers.

Followed by identification of which new habits to create and pursue; and ultimately deliver the best version of each individual on your team. When the habit no longer serves them well, my coaching solution for individuals supports them in moving beyond it, to something more powerful.
